Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required.
  • Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 10%.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Software or digital products that have been downloaded or activated.
  • Customized or special-order items.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 15 business days to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If the product was purchased as part of a promotion or bundle, refunds may be adjusted accordingly.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us within within 3 days after receiving the package of receiving the product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as necessary.
